The cool, crisp air of Oman’s high-altitude paradise set the backdrop for a massive summer milestone. The Al Jabal Al Akhdar Festival 2026 officially wrapped up its 45-day run, drawing over a thousand visitors from across Oman and around the world. Running from July 15 to August 29 in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, the festival turned the iconic mountain region into a vibrant hub of culture, adventure, and community spirit.

Designed to appeal to all ages and sustain tourism throughout the summer, the festival offered a diverse lineup of refreshed weekly programming. Visitors poured into festival grounds, local villages, and mountain attractions to experience a rich mix of activities:
